Karlie Kloss has announced that she is expecting her third child with her husband, venture capitalist Joshua Kushner. The supermodel confirmed the news to Vogue on March 17, 2025, expressing her gratitude for the growing family.
“Family is everything to me,” Kloss shared. “Josh and I are incredibly grateful for this blessing.”
She also took to Instagram, where she has 12 million followers, to share the news. Her post featured a slideshow, including images of her baby bump alongside her two sons—four-year-old Levi and 19-month-old Elijah. Kloss previously revealed her pregnancy with Elijah at the 2023 Met Gala, wearing a custom Loewe gown. Reflecting on that moment, she recalled, “I felt kind of vulnerable. I was eight months pregnant and had somehow kept my pregnancy a secret. To actually see my friends and share this exciting, good news in person—and be able to see their reactions—was really special.”
Kloss has often spoken about how much she cherishes motherhood. “It’s the greatest experience of my life,” she previously told Vogue. “Maybe it’s the hormones, but it just gives me the greatest joy every single day to wake up and have these two little delicious humans whom I just love so much.”
Kloss and Kushner, who married in October 2018 in an intimate Upstate New York ceremony, later celebrated with a star-studded reception in Wyoming. Celebrities like Katy Perry, Mila Kunis, and Ashton Kutcher were among the guests.
Beyond modeling, Kloss is deeply involved in philanthropy. She founded Kode With Klossy, a free coding camp for girls, and in 2022, launched the Gateway Coalition to support reproductive health organizations. Most recently, she partnered with Phoebe Gates and MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation for a video series on abortion rights. These initiatives showcase her commitment to empowering young women, even as she prepares to welcome another child.
