
Ben Folds has announced his 2025 tour, which will feature a mix of solo performances, symphony orchestra collaborations, and the return of his interactive Paper Airplane Request Tour. The tour kicks off on March 18-19 in Kansas City, Missouri, with a performance alongside the Kansas City Symphony. Over the following months, he will join renowned orchestras in cities like Detroit, Milwaukee, and Chicago.

In addition to his symphony performances, Folds will bring back the fan-favorite Paper Airplane Request Tour, where audience members write song requests on paper airplanes and toss them onto the stage. Stops for this unique experience include Johnson City, Tennessee, on April 11, and Marietta, Ohio, on April 12. He will also perform solo shows in various cities, including Warren, Ohio, Wausau, Wisconsin, and Portland, Maine. The tour will wrap up on December 2, 2025, in Portland, Oregon.
Widely recognized as the frontman of Ben Folds Five, Folds has built a celebrated career in alternative rock and piano-driven pop. His hit songs include Brick, Army, and The Luckiest, and he has collaborated with artists like Regina Spektor and Weird Al Yankovic. Beyond music, he has served as a judge on NBC’s The Sing-Off and worked as an artistic advisor for the National Symphony Orchestra.
