RAWALPINDI:

An alleged case of abduction and abuse has surfaced within Rawalpindi's Saddar Beruni police jurisdiction, where a married woman was allegedly kidnapped, drugged, and held captive at multiple locations for over two and a half months.

Police have registered a case against six suspects.

According to the complaint filed by the victim, identified as (AB), she resides in Makkah Housing Society.

She said she was forcibly abducted near her friend's house by a man named Nisar Ali Khan—an acquaintance of her father—along with two other men.

They allegedly drugged her into unconsciousness and took her to a flat in Defence Phase 1, where she was locked in a room.

The victim stated that her mobile phone was confiscated and misused while she was subjected to continuous abuse.

She was force-fed narcotics, including intoxicating capsules and ice (methamphetamine), allegedly procured by one of the suspects.

Over the next two and a half months, she was moved between different locations, including Morgah, Gulrez, Swan Garden, and other private housing societies, where multiple individuals allegedly assaulted her.

The woman further alleged that the perpetrators sought to blackmail her husband for a large sum of money. Their ultimate goal, she claimed, was to force her into drug addiction, coerce her into divorce, and exploit her through fraudulent marriages for financial gain.

She also accused the suspects of previously harassing and blackmailing her and her husband.

After more than two months in captivity, she managed to escape and contacted her husband, who immediately took her to a hospital for treatment.

Police confirmed that a case has been registered against the accused, and an investigation is underway.
