The Supreme Court's Constitutional Bench will hear the Arshad Sharif murder case on Friday (today).
A five-member Constitutional Bench led by Justice Amin ud-Din Khan will take up the case for hearing. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Ali Mazhar, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Shahid Bilal will be part of the bench.
Journalist Arshad Sharif had gone into self-imposed exile following a spate of cases against him in Pakistan. He moved to Kenya, where he was shot dead by the Kenyan police in an apparent case of mistaken identity.
