Sources say that the couple are hotel-hopping in LA despite owning a $35M mansion, fuelling ongoing divorce rumours.

Kanye West and Bianca Censori are reportedly bouncing between luxury hotels in Los Angeles, despite owning a $35M Beverly Hills mansion, The U.S. Sun exclusively reports. The couple has been staying at the Four Seasons, Soho Warehouse, and Chateau Marmont instead of settling into their new home.

Rumours of a split have intensified after reports that Kanye and Bianca consulted divorce lawyers, with some sources claiming Kanye agreed to pay £4 million ($5M) in a potential settlement. However, their longtime representative denied the claims, insisting they spent Valentine’s Day together—though they were not publicly seen.

An insider revealed, “Keeping up with Kanye is harder than keeping up with the Kardashians,” adding that the rapper rarely stays in one place as he focuses on finishing his new album. His frequent hotel stays have also made it difficult for former employees to serve him lawsuits.

Bianca recently attended her film premiere dressed in a hooded black robe, later appearing at a performance art piece in a nurse costume.

Her low-profile behaviour and the lack of PDA with Kanye have fuelled speculation that they may still be discussing a possible divorce.

Meanwhile, the couple's Beverly Hills mansion is a sprawling 20,000-square-foot estate set on 6.8 acres, featuring 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, and luxurious amenities such as a lap pool, gazebo, and tennis court.

Despite their lavish real estate, aerial images show the Beverly Hills mansion abandoned, with rubbish bags and debris scattered outside.

While they previously lived in a $10K-a-month West Hollywood apartment, the couple spent months in Tokyo before returning to LA.

For now, Kanye and Bianca continue to live out of hotels, keeping their relationship status unclear.
