Jana Kramer has opened up about her decision to undergo breast augmentation during her troubled marriage to former NFL player Mike Caussin.

The actress and country singer shared her thoughts on her decision during a recent episode of her podcast, Whine Down, revealing that she felt her choice was partly influenced by her ex-husband’s infidelity.

One Tree Hill Actress, 41, admitted that her biggest regret regarding the surgery was that she was unsure if it was truly for herself. She explained, "I was in a marriage where a husband was cheating all the time, and I would see the women he was with, and I thought, 'I look nothing like them.'" She further explained that she hoped her physical appearance, particularly larger breasts, might make her more attractive to Caussin and prevent further infidelity.

While Kramer reflects on the difficult decision, she shared that the experience wasn’t entirely negative. After their divorce, she enjoyed her new appearance, stating, “I had a lot of fun with them post-divorce because Mike never actually got to feel them.” She described her post-divorce experience as “glorious,” noting how she embraced her body and flaunted her newfound confidence.

Kramer, now married to soccer coach Allan Russell, has expressed an interest in removing her implants in favor of a more natural look. Russell supports her decision, and Kramer has hinted that a breast lift might be in her future rather than re-implanting.

Her marriage to Caussin, from 2015 to 2021, ended amid allegations of multiple affairs. The couple shares two children, Jolie and Jace. Kramer and Russell married in 2024, after becoming engaged in 2023, and they have a son, Roman.
