Grimes has taken to X (formerly Twitter) to plead with Elon Musk, urging him to address an urgent medical crisis involving one of their three children.
In a now-deleted post, the 36-year-old musician wrote under one of Musk’s posts, saying, “Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis… This requires immediate attention.” She added that Musk, 53, had ignored texts, calls, and emails, missing every scheduled meeting about the issue.
The former couple shares three children: X Æ A-12 (4), Exa Dark Sideræl (3), and Techno Mechanicus (2). Grimes did not specify which child was facing the medical emergency but warned of lifelong consequences if Musk did not respond.
While Grimes made her public appeal, Musk appeared at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, D.C., wearing sunglasses and a “Make America Great Again” hat. His erratic behavior during the interview sparked speculation on X, with “Ketamine” trending as users questioned whether he was under the influence.
Grimes later deleted her posts, citing concerns about them becoming a “media circus” rather than prompting action. This is not the first time she has criticized Musk, previously slamming him for bringing their son X to a White House press conference with Donald Trump.

I am deleting them now because if they're being shadow banned and not eliciting a response then all it is is a media circus at the expense of the kids.

Musk has yet to respond to Grimes’ latest plea.
