TMZ obtained exclusive videos and photos showing Cardi stepping out in a stunning, form-fitting cocktail dress, while Diggs opted for an all-red ensemble, complete with a jacket and baseball cap. Eyewitnesses reported that the duo returned to the hotel around 1:54 AM, suggesting they spent the night out together.
