Beyoncé fans struggled to secure tickets for her highly anticipated Cowboy Carter tour.

Many took to social media to express frustration over long queues and Ticketmaster's technical glitches.

After much anticipation, Beyoncé unveiled tour dates for major venues, including London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Paris’ Stade de France, Houston’s NRG Stadium, and Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium. However, when the presale launched, many users reported stalled queues, frozen pages, and issues with Ticketmaster’s interactive seat map.

Disgruntled fans flooded X/Twitter with complaints, calling Ticketmaster “so unserious” and sharing screenshots of error messages. Some claimed their place in the queue had not moved for hours, while others alleged the site crashed just as they were about to secure tickets.

Despite widespread complaints, Ticketmaster denied a system-wide crash. A spokesperson told Indy100, “The site did not crash. We always advise fans to make sure they only use one tab, clear their cookies, and do not use any VPN software on their device.”

To address ongoing concerns, Ticketmaster reminded fans of additional opportunities to secure tickets. A Beyoncé.com subscriber presale was scheduled for 2 PM, with the general sale set to begin on Friday, February 14, at 12 PM.

As demand continues to surge, fans remain hopeful for a smoother ticket-buying experience when the general sale opens. For now, the Cowboy Carter tour presale has only reinforced the ongoing frustration with Ticketmaster’s ability to handle high-profile ticket launches.
