Pakistani actors Kubra Khan and Mirza Gohar Rasheed have officially begun their wedding celebrations with a dholki night, attended by close friends and fellow celebrities.
The pre-wedding gathering was highlighted by a musical evening, glimpses of which were shared on social media by actor Khaqan Shahnawaz.
Gohar Rasheed took to his Instagram, sharing, "MASHAH ALLAH 🧿 Massive Love 🤍 and hugs 🤗 @momal15 & @nader.nawaz for a warm beginning #1stDholak."
A decorative poster featuring the couple was also visible at the event, marking the beginning of their wedding festivities.
Several of Gohar Rasheed’s industry colleagues, including Shehzad Sheikh and Aashir Wajahat, were present at the celebration.
The speculation surrounding Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed's relationship began after their successful collaboration in the 2023 drama Jannat Se Aage. Their intense on-screen chemistry drew significant attention, leading to widespread curiosity about their off-screen bond.
Rumours about their impending wedding escalated in early January when Gohar Rasheed shared a cryptic social media post. The message featured the phrase “Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim,” the year 2025, and the words “warming up,” accompanied by an evil eye emoji, prompting speculation among followers.
Previoously, Usman Mukhtar added to the excitement by reacting to the couple’s star-studded wedding announcement reel on Instagram Stories. Expressing his joy, he wrote, “Super happy for you two! Just tell everyone now who played cupid,” hinting that he might have played a role in bringing them together.
