The Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) has successfully conducted the first-ever Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the award of scholarships to students of 6th and 7th grades from government schools across Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
This initiative reflects the commitment towards ensuring a fair, transparent, and technologically advanced examination system.
The scholarship program is aimed at providing talented students with fully funded education up to the 12th grade in leading educational institutions across the province.
The computer-based tests were conducted from January 11 to January 27 covering all districts of KP smoothly and efficiently.
As per official data, a total of 13,251 students applied for 506 available seats across the province. Out of these, 12,104 students appeared for the test, whereas 1,147 remained absent.
The examination results indicate that 3,152 students successfully passed, while 8,939 students did not qualify.
Additionally, 13 candidates were found using unfair means and have been reported for disciplinary action in strict accordance with ETEA regulations.
