5 arrested, drugs seized

Police arrested five suspected drug peddlers and seized narcotics from them.
Qadirpur Raan police arrested Muhammad Siddiq and seized 1.8kg of hashish. The suspect was apprehended during a targeted operation. A case was registered against the suspect.
Haram Gate police also arrested a suspected drug dealer, Muhammad Razaq, and seized 1kg of hashish from him.
The suspect was caught from a warehouse and a case was registered against him.
Meanwhile, Muzaffarabad police thwarted the supply of 12kg of charas and 3kg of heroin from three drug peddlers. Acting on a tip-off, the police, intercepted Muhammad Nazir, Karim Ullah and Farhan.
Nazir revealed during interrogation that he procured the cannabis from Karim in Quetta, while Farhan was involved in its distribution.
