A fire broke out in a wedding hall located in Sector X of Gulshan-e-Maymar in Karachi on Friday according to Rescue 1122. The fire reportedly started in the kitchen due to a gas cylinder explosion, Express News reported.

As soon as the Central Command and Control Rescue 1122 received the alert, fire and rescue teams, along with ambulances and fire brigade trucks, promptly reached the scene. Three fire tenders worked to extinguish the blaze, and the fire was successfully brought under control.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident. Police stated that the wedding ceremony had concluded, and most guests had left the hall, leaving only a few individuals and staff members present when the fire erupted.

Rescue efforts and the quick response of the fire brigade ensured the situation was managed effectively.
