YouTube sensation Nikocado Avocado, real name Nicholas Perry, has undergone a stunning transformation after losing 250 pounds.

The star revealed to PEOPLE that he recently had a facelift to address excess skin and enhance his jawline following his dramatic weight loss.

Perry, known for his mukbang videos, kept his transformation under wraps by posting pre-recorded content. His September 2024 reveal video, Two Steps Ahead, went viral with 50 million views. However, the drastic weight loss left him with loose skin, especially around his neck, prompting him to seek the expertise of Dr. Ben Talei at the Beverly Hills Center for Plastic Surgery.

“Towards the end of the weight loss journey, my side profile was horrible,” Perry explained. “I had no chin—just a big gobble gobble turkey neck.” Dr. Talei performed an AuraLyft facelift and a "weekend neck lift," along with a brow reset to manage the extensive laxity caused by Perry’s weight changes.

The procedure, tailored to Perry's needs, delivered striking results. “When the bandages came off, I was in utter amazement,” Perry shared. “It’s so strong, so meaty—it looks like there’s an implant.”

Perry’s decision was motivated by his upcoming Two Steps Ahead tour, where he knew photos from various angles would capture his appearance. Post-surgery, Perry is thrilled with his new jawline and confident about continuing his YouTube journey with healthier content choices.

“I’m happy where I’m at,” Perry said, joking about future surgeries. “What’s next? Lips, nose, hair transplant? Who knows!”

Nikocado Avocado’s transformation not only highlights his dedication to self-improvement but also his willingness to embrace change and inspire his audience.
