Record low exchange volumes hit the Karachi Stock Exchange with key indices neither losing nor gaining much, on Friday.

The total exchange volume at closing time was 23 million. The KSE-100 Index closed around 9700 with a 33 point loss while the All-Share Index closed with a 20 point loss.

Eighteen thousand trades took place in stocks while 650 future trades were made today.

The Top 3 companies were Bank of Punjab, JOV and Amtex.
