Lindsay Arnold, a professional dancer known for her tenure on "Dancing with the Stars," recently underwent breast augmentation surgery on January 14 and has been openly sharing her experience on social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. In December 2024, Arnold announced her plans to treat herself to a breast augmentation for Christmas following her birthday getaway to Mexico with her husband, Samuel Lightner Cusick.

In a TikTok video posted on January 15, 2025, Arnold responded to a follower who mentioned regretting their own breast augmentation. She confidently showcased her post-surgery results, indicating satisfaction with her decision. Arnold emphasized that the choice was deeply personal and something she had desired for a long time, acknowledging that such procedures might not be suitable for everyone. "If it's not for you, it's not for you."

Arnold confirmed the surgery was successful, joking, "Post surgery Lindsay is a sight to see." She shared that she was recovering at home, with manageable pain levels, though she felt "dizzy and nauseous."

In a Jan. 15 Instagram Stories update, Arnold noted her pain levels remained manageable, adding, "Coming off the anesthesia was rough yesterday... but slept great and feeling good."

She later posted a video featuring her daughters, Sage and June, keeping her company during recovery. "My girls have been so gentle with me, they are the sweetest," she wrote alongside the clip of them cuddling with her.
