The 2025 Grammy Awards will take place on Feb. 2 at Crypto.com Arena, focusing on wildfire relief efforts after recent devastating fires.

The Recording Academy announced that this year’s telecast will serve as a fundraiser for the Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort, a program launched by the Academy and MusiCares with an initial $1 million donation. The fund has already distributed over $2 million in emergency aid to music industry professionals and creatives impacted by the fires.

Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. and board chair Tammy Hurt emphasized the event’s dual role of celebrating musical achievements while addressing the city’s ongoing crisis. “Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating wildfires,” they wrote in a statement. “This year’s show will carry a renewed sense of purpose: raising additional funds to support wildfire relief efforts and honoring the bravery and dedication of first responders.”

The 67th Annual Grammy Awards will feature leading nominee Beyoncé with 10 nominations, along with multiple nods for Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, and Chappell Roan.

The show will air live on CBS and is expected to highlight the power of music to bring healing and unity in difficult times. The broadcast will include moments to honor first responders and promote resilience within the Los Angeles community.

Music fans are encouraged to tune in and contribute to the relief efforts as part of this year’s event.
