Inzamam-ul-Haq, Misbah-ul-Haq, Mushtaq Mohammad, and Saeed Anwar have been inducted into the PCB Hall of Fame for 2024.

He also praised Misbah-ul-Haq for leading Pakistan to the top of the ICC Test rankings in 2016 and for his historic Test series win in the Caribbean. Saeed Anwar was recognized for his graceful technique and his ability to excel as an opener against the world’s best bowlers.
“These four giants of the game hold a special place in Pakistan’s rich cricketing history,” Naqvi said. “Their contributions not only elevated the sport within Pakistan but also inspired future generations to pursue excellence,” he added.
Inzamam-ul-Haq, who played for Pakistan from 1991 to 2007, was a key member of the 1992 World Cup-winning team and one of the country’s finest middle-order batters. Misbah-ul-Haq, who represented Pakistan from 2001 to 2017, captained the team to the top spot in the ICC Test rankings and led the side to a historic Test series victory in the West Indies in 2017.
Mushtaq Mohammad, who played from 1959 to 1979, is remembered for his pioneering captaincy, including leading Pakistan to its first-ever Test win in Australia in 1977. He also coached the team to the final of the 1999 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
Saeed Anwar, a prolific opener who represented Pakistan from 1989 to 2003, scored 31 centuries and 68 half-centuries in his career. He excelled in multiple World Cups and was celebrated for his classical batting style.
The PCB Hall of Fame induction ceremony will serve as a tribute to the remarkable careers and legacies of these cricketers, who have made lasting contributions to Pakistan’s cricketing heritage.
