An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has declared Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur as proclaimed offender for failing to appear in a case hearing.
The case lodged at I-9 Police Station in 2022 pertained to a protest demonstration held over PTI founder Imran Khan's disqualification.
The court also declared PTI leader Umar Tanveer Butt as proclaimed offender in the same case and issued warrants of arrest against other accused for their perpetual absence from the court hearings.
