Fox Sports broadcaster Joy Taylor has been named in a 42-page lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and misconduct, alongside Skip Bayless and other Fox employees. The lawsuit, filed by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji, details claims of workplace misconduct, including battery and harassment, during her tenure with the network from 2012 to August 2023.

While Taylor’s career has been marked by significant achievements, the lawsuit casts a shadow over her professional trajectory. Faraji alleges that Taylor had a personal relationship with Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, who allegedly used his influence to secure Taylor her role at FS1. The lawsuit also claims that Taylor dismissed Faraji’s complaints about workplace harassment, reportedly telling her to “get over it.”

Taylor, 37, is a prominent figure in sports broadcasting, known for her work on Skip and Shannon: Undisputed and The Herd with Colin Cowherd. She began her career at Fox Sports in 2016 and quickly rose to prominence, despite limited prior experience in sports broadcasting. Taylor also hosts her podcast, Maybe I’m Crazy, and is recognized for her charismatic on-screen presence.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Taylor’s personal life has drawn attention. She was previously married to former professional baseball player Richard Giannotti in 2016, but the couple divorced in 2017. She later became engaged to former NBA player Earl Watson in 2018, though they ended their engagement in 2019.

This lawsuit highlights allegations of workplace misconduct at Fox Sports, following a series of high-profile cases raising questions about workplace culture in media organizations.
