A former FOX Sports hairstylist, Noushin Faraji, has filed a lawsuit accusing notable figures at the network, including Skip Bayless, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, and Joy Taylor, of misconduct in the workplace.
The lawsuit, submitted last Friday, outlines allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation that Faraji claims occurred during her ten years at FOX Sports.
According to the 42-page legal filing obtained by *Front Office Sports*, Faraji alleges that Bayless repeatedly pursued her, allegedly offering $1.5 million in exchange for sexual favors.
The complaint states that after Faraji joined the *Undisputed* morning show team, Bayless engaged in inappropriate behavior such as "lingering hugs" and physical closeness.
Faraji, a single mother, reportedly turned down Bayless's advances multiple times, even citing health issues to discourage him.
The lawsuit states, "When Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the wrongdoing, instead of addressing their concerns, Fox retaliated against them while the perpetrators...were inexplicably promoted."
Faraji claims that Bayless's actions escalated over the years, including an accusation that she was involved in a relationship with Shannon Sharpe, his former *Undisputed* co-host.
The filing includes an alleged conversation where Bayless mocked Faraji's cultural heritage, asking, "Aren't you Muslim? Doesn't your dad have three to four wives?"
Faraji also accuses FOX Sports executive Charlie Dixon of inappropriate behavior, including "grabbing her buttocks" during a birthday party.
When Faraji shared the incident with Joy Taylor in confidence, the *Speak* host allegedly told her to "get over it."
Faraji further alleges that after their friendship ended, Taylor began insulting her both personally and professionally, including mocking her name and heritage.
She claims she reported the alleged misconduct to Human Resources, but her complaints were ignored.
Faraji describes the workplace culture at FOX Sports as "misogynistic, racist, and ableist."
The lawsuit comes as FOX Sports undergoes significant changes, including Bayless’s departure from *Undisputed* in August.
