Ja Rule has kicked off the new year by reviving his long-standing feud with 50 Cent. The 48-year-old rapper, known for his decade-long beef with Fifty, reacted on social media after coming across a negative review of 50 Cent’s Las Vegas residency.
Jennifer Gay, a Vegas influencer, expressed her dissatisfaction with the show in an Instagram video review. She described it as “the worst show that’s ever come to Vegas,” citing poor sound quality, overly loud hype men, a lack of audience interaction, and a short 84-minute set as key issues.
“It really felt like he didn’t want to be there,” Gay commented, highlighting the steep ticket prices and Fifty’s abrupt exit without thanking the crowd. She compared the experience to a performance she attended “decades ago,” which she remembered as “pure magic.”
The critique quickly gained traction on social media, prompting Ja Rule to weigh in. Sharing the review on X (formerly Twitter), he mocked, “Not the worst… 😂🤣😭 #ICONN.” Ja Rule, who has frequently trolled 50 Cent in the past, also engaged with fans in the comment section, adding fuel to the ongoing rivalry.
Although 50 Cent has not responded, Ja Rule seems to be enjoying his playful antics as part of his New Year’s resolution.
On X, Ja Rule declared that his “new year resolution is to be PETTY.” Fans began replying to his post, with one user mentioning the time 50 Cent allegedly bought out all the tickets to a Ja Rule concert, resulting in an empty venue.
