Gang robbing women in morning busted
Police have busted a gang of street criminals involved in over 50 incidents of snatching valuables from women during early morning hours.
According to a spokesperson for Operations Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Faisal Kamran, the Green Town and Faisal Town police apprehended the suspects Aamir Ali and Ali Zarar in a joint action.
The arrested men were known for targeting women heading to work or for morning walk in the Model Town and Saddar areas.
"The gang conducted thorough surveillance before committing the crimes of snatching purses and mobile phones from their victims," the spokesperson said.
