Deputy Attorney General said arrest warrants for the accused have not been submitted, therefore the Interior Ministry could not request the Interpol for issuing Red Warrants for Pervez Musharraf and other accused outside the country.
Advocate General Balochistan Amanullah Kanrani assured the court that warrants for the accused will be obtained from the concerned court of law and requested the court for four weeks time to obtain and submit the warrants.
The court accepted the request and adjourned the hearing till October 12.
Nawab Akbar Bugti was killed along with several tribesman after their hideout in a cave was bombed by the army.
The army said it attacked the target after a military chopper took fire from the location and fired several missiles in response.
Earlier the federal government was to submit a progress report on the extradition of former president Pervez Musharraf, the principal accused in the murder of Nawab Akbar Bugti, when the Balochistan High Court (BHC) resumes hearing of the case on Tuesday.
The court had asked for a report after the government consistently failed to extradite Musharraf from the UK and present him before the bench.

Shouldn't the govt be focused on helping with the flood victims? it shouldn't look to national help first. help should come from local and provincial government. Time to show the Commissionerate system can deliver. So far it has flunked the test!
@abc teen age: @Student: Army is not a man which can be punished. It is an institution. It work on orders of sitting government. When you say army, you are addressing more than a million people ready to lay life on the orders of the government. So when you ask the court to punish army, will it hang million people for a man who himself confessed 29 murders including his own uncle and he was proven guilty in the court of law. Today army is fighting against terrorists in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa. So tomorrow some mullah may make similar demand. Will that be taken seriously? This is a zero sum case and will have no end other than some politics.
And who is going to bring to accountability all the Baloch nationalists who have been killing settlers and uprooting them from their homes? Can we expect them to be brought to trial, I am certain, the politicians of the provincial government are well aware of who is doing what in the province and are just showing a blind eye.
As a student a question:
Why targeting Musharraf alone? why not the army as this activity done by army? What I feel that court as getting scare by army ? may be I am not sure

I am very concerned about the Baluchistan situation. I really hope Baluch people show unity with the rest of Pakistan. They have a great history and we will always love them.
