Papoose took to social media to clarify recent comments made by his close friend Fat Joe, following the public fallout between him and wife Remy Ma.

The couple’s highly publicized dispute erupted on December 11 when Remy Ma accused Papoose of infidelity, claiming he was involved with boxer Claressa Shields.

In a recent interview, Fat Joe expressed shock over the drama, recounting a night when he had dinner with Remy Ma at Brooklyn Chophouse. He explained how, the next morning, he woke up to a flurry of messages regarding the unfolding controversy. “I left y’all last night, we went to Brooklyn Chophouse, she treated 10 grown men to dinner, and I woke up in the morning and my phone was going crazy,” he shared, clearly stunned by the situation.

However, the mention of the dinner led some to believe that Papoose had been present, which prompted confusion among fans. To clear up the misunderstanding, Papoose took to Instagram on December 17, posting a message that read: “Peace to my brother @fatjoe I think y’all misunderstood his interview. I was not at @brooklynchophouse with them.”

During his interview with Math Hoffa, Fat Joe admitted that despite being close to both Papoose and Remy, he couldn’t intervene in their personal issues. “The first time she ever asked me for advice, I said, ‘Listen, it’s different. You have a husband. This is your husband. Nobody come to my house and tell my wife sh*t.’”

The public feud between the hip-hop couple has captivated fans, with both artists airing their grievances on social media. Remy Ma, known for her hit songs like Lean Back and All the Way Up, accused Papoose of cheating, while he fired back, calling her a "narcissist" and claiming she had been unfaithful “repeatedly.”
