The Mominabad police have arrested the second accused who in association with his elder brother killed his mother over a property dispute.
It may be recalled that on December 5, the arrested accused, Khalilzada and his brother Mukhtiar killed their mother Ezzat Pari by putting a noose around her neck in their house.
The police acting on a tip-off arrested the accused Khalilzada. Mukhtiar, has already been arrested.
