Reggae and dancehall singer Dilon Baby has addressed the viral video showing his girlfriend, Masha, being assaulted.
The disturbing footage, which quickly spread across social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), depicted Masha in a vulnerable state—bound, gagged, and verbally and physically abused by an unidentified male figure.
After the video went viral, social media users speculated that Dilon Baby was the one responsible, despite his face not being shown. Many pointed to the voice and his known connection with Masha as evidence. In response, Dilon Baby took to Instagram to publicly deny the accusations.
In his video, Dilon Baby clarified that he had not seen Masha in months and that he currently has a restraining order against her. He expressed frustration that people were blaming him without knowing the full facts.
The 19-year-old singer also confirmed he is now in a relationship with another woman, urging his girlfriend to prove that he has moved on from Masha.
Born Steven Diloné Serrata in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2005, Dilon Baby is a prominent figure in the reggae and dancehall scene. He has collaborated with artists like Menor Queen, Yeo Freko, and most recently Leo RD on the 2023 hit ‘Yo Soy Dominicano.’
