Kim Kardashian recently gave fans insight into her challenging co-parenting dynamics with ex-husband Kanye West.
Speaking on the 'What In the Winkler?' podcast, Kardashian discussed her parenting journey, expressing that, in many ways, she’s been handling things on her own. Without directly naming West, Kim hinted at her ex-husband’s absence in the parenting duties, telling host Zoe Winkler, “I just think that no matter what kind of help I have, I’m basically raising four kids by myself.”
Kim also reflected on the importance of her daily routines with her kids, especially taking them to school. “It’s really important to me. That’s just, like, my bonding time,” she explained, adding that, while her wealth provides resources, she’s still deeply involved.
She further admitted that the responsibility can be overwhelming, saying, “It's not something that I talk about a lot… because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment.” This is not the first hint of co-parenting struggles with Ye.
In October, a source told 'People' magazine that Kanye has been “sadly not around very much,” describing Kim’s life as akin to being a “single mom.”
In recent years, Kanye’s global travels and music projects have kept him away from family life. While North West, their eldest, joined Kanye for a February performance in Paris and even appeared on a track, his absence in day-to-day parenting remains a point of tension.
With both celebrities gearing up for major projects—Kanye’s upcoming album 'Bully' and Kim’s role in the 2025 drama series 'All’s Fair'—their complex co-parenting dynamic seems likely to continue.
