Kai Cenat has officially become the most subscribed Twitch streamer of all time, surpassing previous record-holder Ironmouse, a prominent VTuber. Cenat achieved this milestone on the 11th day of his Mafiathon 2 subathon event, amassing over 326,988 active subscribers. His ongoing broadcast, which began on October 14, 2024, has garnered widespread attention across the streaming community. This achievement comes just a month after Ironmouse set the prior record, reaching 306,620 subscribers.
Ironmouse responded to Cenat’s record-breaking moment, congratulating the 22-year-old and expressing hope for his continued growth on the platform. She remarked, "Bro, if he makes it to a million subs, that's going to be amazing! He hasn’t even done the whole month yet!"
Cenat took a moment during his broadcast to address his viewers and share his excitement, exclaiming, "Oh, my gosh, chat! I don’t even want the music; this doesn’t feel real." Cenat expressed disbelief at regaining the title, especially after losing it a month ago. His shock and gratitude were evident as he interacted with his community, saying, "Day 11! I’ve got to post on Twitter real quick."
FaZe Clan member Kaysan noted that Cenat gained over 10,000 Twitch subscribers in just minutes during the subathon’s peak, highlighting the rapid support Cenat has received.
In addition to this record-breaking moment, Cenat has been nominated for Streamer of the Year for the third year in a row at The Streamer Awards 2024. As Cenat’s Mafiathon 2 continues, his subscriber count may further rise, solidifying his influence and popularity in the streaming world
