Pak Navy ship visits Djibouti

Pakistan Navy ship PNS-Zulfiqar visited Djibouti during a regional maritime security patrol.
According to ISPR, the officials of Djibouti Navy welcomed Pakistan Navy's ship at the seaport. PNS-Zulfiqar's commanding officer exchanged views on professional affairs with Djibouti Navy and Coast Guard commander. A joint naval exercise was also conducted with Djibouti coastal guards at the conclusion of the visit. The exercise aimed at enhancing operational capacity and mutual cooperation. 
The strong ties between the navies of Pakistan and Djibouti play a key role in the diplomatic relations between the two countries. During the visit, ambassadors, defense attachés, Djibouti’s civilian and military leaders, along with local and Pakistani community members, toured the ship. This visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral relations.
