In Kahuta, Rawalpindi, a 12-year-old boy from the village of Jhamitra became trapped in a rock formation while herding goats.

Rescue 1122 has been working to free him since the incident, Express News reported.

According to Rescue 1122, the location is remote, making it challenging for emergency vehicles to reach the site. Rescue workers hiked several kilometres on foot with equipment to begin the operation.

A drip has been administered to the child inside the rock, and efforts to break through the stone are ongoing to ensure his safe release.
