A woman accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs of raping her at age 13 claims that two other celebrities were also involved in the alleged incident.

The accusation is detailed in a complaint obtained by PEOPLE, filed on Sunday, Oct. 20, where the woman states she was assaulted by Combs and an unidentified male celebrity while a female celebrity watched. This reportedly took place at a New York residence following the 2000 Video Music Awards.

According to the complaint, the accuser, who remains unnamed, was invited to the afterparty by a limousine driver who allegedly worked for Combs and told her the mogul had a preference for younger girls, adding that she "fit what Diddy was looking for."

The woman claims that upon arriving at the party, she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was given a drink that she suspects was spiked, according to the complaint.

She alleges that Combs, with a "crazed look in his eyes," then approached her and said, "You are ready to party!"

The complaint states that the then-13-year-old was thrown by Combs toward the male celebrity, identified as Celebrity A, who allegedly held her down and assaulted her while the female celebrity (referred to as Celebrity B) watched. Afterward, the accuser says she was assaulted by Combs while both celebrities observed.

The woman is represented by prominent attorney Tony Buzbee, known for representing women who accused Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of misconduct.

Buzbee previously held a press conference to announce his representation of over 100 individuals accusing Combs of misconduct.

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded [Sunday's] barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity," the statement says. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Combs’ legal issues gained widespread attention when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of physical violence and sexual abuse. They reached a settlement the day after she filed on Nov. 16, 2023.

Since then, nearly two dozen other individuals have filed lawsuits against Combs, and he was indicted on federal sex crime charges following raids on his Los Angeles and Miami residences.
