League of Legends streamer No Arm Whatley has made a remarkable recovery after falling from a third-story window and spending two weeks in a coma.

Whatley revealed on Twitter that the accident occurred while he was attempting to close a faulty window, which broke out of its frame, causing him to fall. The incident resulted in multiple life-threatening injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and several fractures.

After being hospitalized for seven weeks and undergoing several surgeries, including a craniotomy to relieve pressure from his brain, Whatley took to Twitter to share his experience. "I had to have what was called a craniotomy, which means they had to smash my skull open to relieve the pressure," he explained. He also ranked his injuries in a tier list, adding a sense of humor to his ordeal despite the severity of his condition.

In the S-Tier, Whatley listed an acute subdural hematoma, brain contusions, and baldness, which he jokingly ranked as a top-tier injury. "Although these [injuries] are far worse medically, this is very bad socially for me. My hairline’s not looking great," he tweeted. Other injuries included fractures in his pelvis and spine, hemorrhaging in both eyes, and possible permanent loss of taste.

Despite facing near-complete blindness and continued recovery, Whatley expressed excitement about returning to gaming, saying, "I cannot f**king wait to play League of Legends."
