ECP directs petitioners to share PTI poll case papers
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has instructed petitioners in the PTI intra-party elections case to provide copies of their petitions to the party, in a hearing held on Tuesday.
The case was heard by a four-member panel led by ECP member Nisar Durrani, with PTI representatives, including Chairman Barrister Gohar, Akbar S Babar, and Naveed Anjum, in attendance.
During the hearing, a Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa member of the commission questioned Babar about whether his group had held an intra-party election, to which Babar replied in the negative.
