Kim Kardashian seemed to imitate Bianca Censori’s style in a plunging, figure-hugging dress, leaving fans 'confused' by the unusual birthday outfit.

The Skims founder, 44, flaunted her hourglass figure in a tight nude bodysuit, layered under a semi-sheer dress, ahead of her birthday celebration last night.

In images and videos shared on her Instagram Stories, the reality star zoomed in on her reflection, teasing fans with the caption: "Birthday Suit."

She paired the clip with Sabrina Carpenter's "Bed Chem" and posted another close-up selfie showcasing her cleavage.

However, some of Kim's followers were puzzled by her daring outfit.

On Reddit, one user asked, "Kim, why?" while another added, "Kimberly, pls what the hell is this?"

A third person wondered, "Why does EVERYTHING have to be so tight, short, small and uncomfortable looking?"

Another commenter said, "I'm sorry, but that might be the ugliest dress I've ever seen."

Kim’s provocative look closely resembled an outfit recently worn by Kanye West’s wife Bianca, 29.

In June, Bianca modeled a nude one-piece at the Prototypes Menswear show during Paris Fashion Week.

Kim's ex-husband Kanye also attended the event, wearing a beekeeper outfit for the occasion.

Kim was also accompanied by her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, leading the glamorous display at the Academy Museum Gala.

The Kardashians stars stood out as they mingled with Hollywood's elite at the Los Angeles event.

At the fourth Academy Museum Gala, which serves as a major fundraiser, the Hulu stars donned lingerie-inspired gowns.
