Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces new legal challenges as multiple lawsuits were filed against him, including a disturbing allegation that he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000. According to one lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York, the plaintiff claims that she was taken to an afterparty following the MTV Video Music Awards, where she was assaulted by Combs and an unnamed male celebrity, while an unnamed female celebrity watched. The Buzbee Law Firm, which represents the plaintiff, had previously indicated plans to file over 120 lawsuits against Combs, including this most recent set of five new cases.

The suit alleges that after consuming a drink, the victim felt woozy and was later assaulted by Combs and the other individuals. The plaintiff, now living in Alabama, claims the incident has caused lifelong trauma and depression.

Combs' legal team has denied all allegations, stating, "Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone," and expressed confidence that the truth will prevail in court. Combs is also currently facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, for which he is being held without bail in Brooklyn. His trial is expected to begin in May 2025.
