A rickshaw driver was killed in a firing incident near Korangi Crossing and his body was taken to Jinnah Hospital.
In this regard, SSP District Korangi Kamran Khan said the victim was identified as 30-year-old Muhammad Ahsan Raza, who was a rickshaw driver, and the preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown person riding in the rickshaw targeted him from behind and killed him. The body of the deceased was found on the road outside the rickshaw with a bullet wound on the head. Cash and other items including mobile phones were found from the victim's possession. The incident of firing seems to be an indication of personal grudge, however, the police are looking for CCTV cameras from other places including the crime scene to get information about the accused.
