This is with reference to Marvi Memon’s article “A revolution” (June 30).It is important to note that Ms Memon has shown more courage than most of us put together. Her long walk in Quetta and Balochistan for the rights of janitors, her frequent visits to the villages and so on, speak of her commitment to help the most vulnerable segment of our society. Of course she couldn’t use a wand and purge the country of all its ailments. I wonder what the arm chair critics, criticising her ideas, know about Pakistan’s ground realties or what they have ever done for the country. It is very easy to post comments deriding others but difficult to actually do something.
