Adult content creator Gucci3rdleg recently addressed allegations during a live stream with streamer Adin Ross, revealing that he tested positive for HSV-1 in 2023.
During the stream, Gucci3rdleg displayed his test results, showing that only HSV-1 was positive, while other tests were negative. He explained that HSV-1, commonly known as oral herpes, is widespread, affecting two-thirds of the global population. Gucci3rdleg clarified that testing positive for HSV-1 does not necessarily indicate an active herpes infection.

The conversation occurred as Ross recently discussed, during a live stream, his sexual encounters with adult film star Sky Bri, sparking concerns about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Ross mentioned Gucci3rdleg’s alleged high number of sexual partners, which led to speculation about Ross contracting STDs. Ross' friend on the phone teased that Ross might have contracted herpes or AIDS due to his relationship with Bri. However, Bri denied the claims, stating she had never met Gucci3rdleg.
According to WebMD, HSV-1 is the virus responsible for cold sores, and about 48% of Americans under 50 are infected. It typically causes blisters around the mouth and lips but is distinct from other types of sores.
