Meesho, a prominent e-commerce platform in India, has introduced a company-wide initiative offering employees a "Reset and Recharge" break from October 26 to November 3.

This initiative grants staff nine days of paid leave following the success of their recent Mega Blockbuster Sale.

The objective of this initiative is to allow employees to recharge both mentally and physically, enabling them to return refreshed and ready for the challenges ahead. Meesho’s message continued, "No laptops, Slack messages, emails, meetings, or stand-up calls, nothing work-related for 9 days!"

The initiative has received widespread praise on social media. One LinkedIn user remarked, "7-day break for employees? Meesho isn't just a green flag, it's a whole green forest! That's what I call dream company goals!" Image: LinkedIn
