Former WWE chairman Vince McMahon has been excluded from Forbes' 2024 list of America's 400 wealthiest individuals. McMahon, who ranked 366th in 2023, has seen his net worth decrease due in part to legal troubles stemming from sexual misconduct allegations.

A lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant in January 2024 accused McMahon of sexual assault, humiliation, and trafficking her to others within the company. While a WWE board investigation previously found McMahon paid millions to settle similar NDA-related claims, Grant's public lawsuit further tarnished his reputation and negatively impacted his finances.

Though McMahon stepped down from his role in January and sold off remaining WWE shares in April, his net worth has reportedly dropped from $2.7 billion to $2.5 billion. Despite these challenges, WWE itself continues to thrive under new leadership, achieving record-breaking revenue and attendance figures.
