Angelina Jolie brings her kids to the New York Film Festival premiere of Her New Movie "Maria"

Angelina Jolie stunned in a white sleeveless dress with a pleated skirt, which she paired with peep-toe black heels. Her daughter Zahara complemented her mother's look in a silk white dress. Maddox opted for a classic black suit, while Pax sported a grey one with a black wrist brace, possibly from a recent injury.

Noticeably absent were Jolie's younger children, Shiloh (18), and twins Vivienne and Knox (16), whom she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt. The former couple's ongoing divorce battle has been well-publicized.

The film portrays the legendary opera singer Maria Callas in the final days of her life. Jolie reportedly spent seven months learning six of Callas' most famous arias to prepare for the role. She has described playing Callas as "a once in a lifetime" opportunity and an emotionally challenging experience.

The Netflix film will be released in U.S. theaters on November 27th and will be available to stream on December 11th. It has already generated awards buzz, receiving an eight-minute standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival.

The actress is known for her close relationship with her children. She recently revealed that she and daughter Vivienne got matching "Stay Gold" tattoos after working together on the Broadway play "The Outsiders."

Jolie recently dropped her two-year legal battle against the Department of Justice and the FBI over documents related to abuse allegations against her ex-husband Brad Pitt. The couple's bitter split continues to be a subject of public interest.
