Indian influencer Uorfi Javed is no stranger to making bold statements, especially when it comes to her outfit choices—often leaving fans across India and Pakistan either stunned or utterly perplexed. However, this time, it's not an eccentric outfit that has her followers talking, but her new hairstyle, a messy bob, inspired by none other than Pakistani star Hania Aamir.

Uorfi revealed her fresh look on Instagram with a caption that read, "Got inspired by Hania Aamir to cut my hair short. If only I could look half as good as her." The Pakistani actor was quick to shower love back, replying with, "Love it!" in the comments. The mutual admiration between these two actors isn't new—it's practically a running theme in their social media interactions.

Just recently, Uorfi couldn't hold back her adoration for Hania when she commented on one of her posts, exclaiming, "Everything looks good on her! What is this sorcery?" This isn't the first time Uorfi has expressed her fan-girl feelings either. In November 2022, she reposted one of Hania's Instagram stories, writing, "I mean, how pretty is she?"

But it's not just Uorfi and Hania jumping on the bob bandwagon. The shorter hairstyle has become a major trend this summer-autumn season, with celebrities from Bollywood, Hollywood, and Pakistan all chopping off their locks. Our own Saheefa Jabbar Khattak has embraced a messy bob, perfectly complementing her natural curls. Meanwhile, model besties Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are flaunting matching blonde bobs. Even Emily in Paris star Lily Collins traded her iconic long waves for a chic Parisian bob, while Alia Bhatt rocked a layered bob a few months back.

Clearly, the bob is here to stay, and if it's good enough for the likes of Hania, Uorfi, and Kendall, who wouldn't be tempted to grab the scissors?
