Diddy’s parties have come under increased scrutiny, as the indictment against him includes allegations of orchestrating drug-fueled events known as "freak-offs," which involved coercing participants into sexual activities, often while being recorded.

Diddy was arrested on September 16 in New York City on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
