Chappell Roan, the rising singer behind Good Luck, Babe!, has revealed that she was recently diagnosed with severe depression.
Although she didn't feel "actually sad," Roan experienced brain fog, forgetfulness, and other symptoms typical of the condition. She sought professional help, and a psychiatrist diagnosed her.
"I don’t know what’s going on," Roan admitted, sharing that the dramatic changes in her life may have contributed to her mental health struggles. "I think it’s because my whole life has changed," she explained.
Roan attends therapy sessions twice a week and works with her psychiatrist to navigate her mental health while managing her skyrocketing fame.
Her candidness about this issue has made her even more relatable to fans, proving that even those in the spotlight face their own challenges.
