Netflix has revealed the actors set to portray two major characters in One Piece season 2. According to an update from What's On Netflix, Lera Abova will play Nico Robin, also known as Miss All Sunday, while Joe Manganiello will take on the role of Crocodile, also known as Mr. 0. These characters will be central antagonists in the upcoming season, as part of the Baroque Works agency that the Straw Hats will face.

The casting details were spotted on Netflix’s Tudum website, which released a video as part of its Geeked Week showcase. The video featured One Piece actor Jeff Ward (Buggy the Clown) giving a behind-the-scenes look at the production of season 2. Alongside the video, Tudum updated its season 2 preview page with an excerpt introducing Abova and Manganiello, along with images of the actors in their roles.

Lera Abova is known for her roles in Good Side of a Bad Man, Exterritorial, and Anna. Joe Manganiello has appeared in a variety of popular projects, including Spider-Man (2002), True Blood, Magic Mike, and How I Met Your Mother.

Other cast members for season 2 include Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, and Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk. Production for the new season is currently underway, with Netflix aiming for a 2025 release. However, Jamie Lee Curtis, who had been rumored to play Dr. Kureha, will not appear in the second season despite fan expectations.
