Catherine, Princess of Wales, has completed her chemotherapy treatment for cancer and is gradually preparing to return to public life.

In a heartfelt post shared on X, the Princess reflected on the challenges she and her family have faced over the past nine months, following her cancer diagnosis in March. “I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment,” she wrote, expressing gratitude for reaching this significant milestone.

In a video accompanying the post, Kate, 42, revealed she is entering a “new phase of recovery” and looks forward to “undertaking a few more public engagements” in the coming months. Her diagnosis was first shared in March, though the specific type of cancer was not disclosed. She initially underwent a “course of preventative chemotherapy” and announced in June that she was making “good progress” in her recovery.

Despite her progress, Kate acknowledged the road ahead, saying, “Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus.” She also extended support to others facing similar battles, encouraging them to hold onto hope. “To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand.”
