Rich Homie Quan's untimely passing has left the music world in shock. The 34-year-old rapper, known for his hits in the Atlanta hip-hop scene, was found unresponsive at his home by his girlfriend, Amber Williams.

The heartbreaking audio from her 911 call reveals the devastating moment when she discovered him unresponsive on their couch.

While the cause of death has yet to be confirmed, the news has shaken fans, peers, and loved ones alike.

Quan's father, Corey Lamar, has been especially vocal about the pain he’s enduring. Lamar took to Instagram to express his grief, sharing a heart-wrenching message about the loss of his son. "Unbearable pain," he wrote.

"Lord please please please help me to understand this. To lose my son... my 1st born, my best friend. Lord let this be a dream.... Y’all pray for me and my family. I feel like I'm crushed into a million pieces."

Amidst the grief, Lamar has revealed that Quan had big things in the works before his tragic passing. In an interview with AintYouMalcom, Lamar disclosed that Quan had just completed a full-length project and was in the midst of planning music video shoots with fellow rappers 2 Chainz and Plies.

Despite the outpouring of love and support from the music community, it remains uncertain whether any of Quan’s unreleased music, including his recent project, will see the light of day.

Fans are hopeful that the work he left behind might be shared in the future, allowing them to continue celebrating his legacy.
