Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government has prepared plan a, b and c to hold Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf rally in Islamabad successfully on Sunday.
The PTI leaders have made it clear that the rally will not be canceled or postponed this time on the instructions of anyone.
Ambulances, bulldozers, cranes and all necessary machinery have been arranged to be transported to Swabi by Saturday evening.
Each PTI member national and provincial assembly has been given the task of arranging 1,000 to 2,000 workers, while all the members of the assembly have been instructed to strictly implement the three plans finalized by the party leadership.
According to PTI sources, the provincial government and party leadership is determined to make the rally successful come what may, for which the members of the assembly have been instructed to fulfill their responsibilities.
The Chief Minister K-P is said to be personally monitoring and supervising all the arrangements to this end.
The workers have also been instructed to keep water, cloths, salt along with other essential items to avoid tear gas and shelling.
On the other hand, the Chairman of District Development Advisory Committee (DDAC) MPA Sher Ali Afridi has stated that the rally on September 8 will be historic one.
The people of PK-77 will participate in large numbers in the rally. Despite any obstacles the federal government might create, PTI workers, under the leadership of Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur, are determined to make the rally successful.
On Saturday while speaking with the public in PK-77, Sher Ali Afridi mentioned that the ruling elite has unjustly imprisoned PTI leader Imran Khan, his wife, and the male and female leaders of the party.
Our party workers are being subjected to severe oppression, but we are committed to peaceful struggle as guided by our leader, and on September 8, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, we will gather in millions at the rally venue to demonstrate our deep affection for our leader.
He said that a plan has been made for the rally's departure and other arrangements. He urged the public to ensure their participation in the rally, stating that a large crowd from his constituency will head out for the event.
On August 24, founding chairman PTI Imran Khan clarified that he had not held discussions with the government regarding the Islamabad rally, and maintained that while in jail he was informed that holding the rally could 'lead to nationwide chaos' which ultimately prompted his decision to cancel it.
The PTI announced the postponement of its planned rally in Islamabad's Tarnol Chowk until September 8.
In an informal conversation with journalists at Adiala Jail, the former PM explained that the rally, initially planned around the Khatm-e-Nubuwwat issue, was postponed after he was advised that it could escalate tensions.
