A drug dealer has been arrested near a prominent university in Islamabad after he confessed to selling narcotics to students.

The arrest occurred during an ongoing crackdown by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) aimed at curbing drug distribution in educational institutions.

The ANF conducted a search operation near the university’s main gate, where they discovered 1.2 kilograms of hashish and 151 grams of drugs hidden in the seats of the suspect’s vehicle.

During interrogation, the accused admitted to targeting students from the university for drug sales.

The ANF has filed charges against the suspect under the Anti-Narcotics Act and has launched further investigations into the case.
